I have a problem with zp points being awarded . The points never show on the balance . When I send the note for missing zp .They say its been awarded , but its still not added to the balance . Missing zp from 5 days ago , 2 days ago and today . All have been awarded , but they never show up and I get the same lame answer . They have been awarded ????Is there any one at z8 games to answer this question . I have sent tickets and missing zp notes with the same results .

Yea get over it i dont complain when i dont get the 500 zp from surveys its pointless they will only give you the ZP if you have a confrimation e-mail or pic of the final page its alot of work for very lil ZP so just buy some like the other guy said

Ya I'm missing 2 surveys worth 1224 each and Gambit says its been credited but I haven't seen it. I got 30k from surveys so I guess I didn't do to bad while it lasted.

Sure , I would get over it if it was 500 zp , but try over 20,000 with confirmation e-mails. It only takes about an hour if you know what your doin .Last week was over 60,000 zp . So not sure what your thinking . Buying zp is not hard to do but getting free zp is better . This just started happening in the last week . It says its awarded , but it never showed on the balance.
I guess I will stop with the surveys , maybe I broke the bank .lol

Not true, there was a way you can get LOTS of zp from surveys but of course z8 cared enuff to patch it so they obviously have to keep check on surveys.

If they REALLY had NOTHING to do with surveys, they woudn't show them on their website.

Though, these survey has been great for me for 2 months and now this is pain in the a$$.
They never answer back when you complete the survey/pin confirmation. You get billed on your cellphone invoice, you show them that you actually paid it and never receive the god damn ZP.. and they dont care.

Thus, surveys is scam.

Go buy directly ZP points.
