All account related support must be handled by the ticket system. Please give as much relevant info on the matter as you can.

Note that GMs do not work on weekends and can not answer tickets during these times. Also note that tickets are answered in the order they are received. When you submit one it ends up in the back of the pile and can take a while to be reviewed

Also, please note that accounts do not get hacked, most of the time it is someone giving their info away. The rest is from people downloading illegal game tools with key loggers in them
There is no reason any one in game or on the forums should ask for or need your password or account information.
