It's part of the system. Your job is check if the reports are true or not.
Even if players heard your advice, when they got killed the first thing they would do is calling "hacker" to the person who killed them, and therefore report him. -

isnt their a requirement for new mods pc to b searchd(like a teamview or something) I know they did a couple times for MS, and they did that for me for secret of solstice? xp
its not like the CF MOD clan is a scrim clan, he can be decked out in armour, using spop and a nooblight and it wouldnt matter.
