Need help :/

I was told by a friend to download netcut2.0 to cut off my families internet from the network for WOGL matches since when you have 5 in your family one of them is usually downloading,on youtube etc which makes me have 200-500 ping depending on whats going on. Obviously i want to have my 34 ping in UK4 and 116 in NA servers or else i'll be in bad shape for WOGL matches. Anyway,i've tried to find tutorials on youtube but I don't understand a word of it. Can someone help me out please? >.>

Take the Ethernet cord from the modem out of the router and put it directly into your computer. Thar. xD

i have a laptop,not a computer ^^

QFT. I feel your pain. One day I started pinging 1000 and it's because my sister was downloading off Frostwire and my brother was uploading some stupid stick figure movie to Youtube. I just wish I lived alone. >.>
