Crossfire is this how you treat your most loyal members?

Hello I have tried to contact Z8 for a purchase mistake for almost a mouth now. I have got several responses back saying I would get contacted back and that was it. Here is my problem again. I bought a m4a1 scope on accident because my pc was lagging anyways the m4a1 scope was not the gun I was trying to buy and right after this incident occurred I sent in report after report but got no answer. So ounce again I hope to get an action :D and would like to have the m4a1 refunded...Thank You!

    1 m4a1 custom crate? It isn't a big deal lol...

    I was going to by the m4a1 gold. Not M4a1 Scop...
    My computer had over 400K lagg spikes.
    When I pressed exchange it jumped from m4a1 gold to m4a1 scop.

    So 2 mins after this happed I sent in a report.
    And I sent in about 12 reports and I keep getting we will get back to you or we will get the problem fix or we will get someone in your area to help you.

    It's so upsetting to have to wait for almost over a mouth to get talked to.

    Ignore all the people telling you that you can't get your coupons back. As long as you send in a ticket within 48 hours of the time it happened they will help you. I know from experience that i've tried to exchange my RD psg for my coupons back and it was past 48 hours. And I got that answer, 48 hours, no more. Which doesn't make sense. It's easy for them to do it, they are just lazy. If you spend that much time getting coupons you should always be able to exchange it back. I dunno, maybe in the future.

    Wow! That's freaking lame. You should of told them, YEAH CAUSE YOUR'RE SO FCKING SLOW AT REPLYING!

    I sent a support ticket and waited 3 weeks then they said "Sorry, we had difficulties understand your problem"<--- >.< then I explained with more details, and they at least fixed it...
  • I had a similar problem, but it was my fault, I was like 10 coupons from ak knife, but I thought I wasn't going to get anymore zp, so I got the custom, then the next day I get 50k zp, and I was so ****ed

    To be honest. Your not going to get a refund nor will they ever reply to your request.
    I requested a refund in accordance with their ToS. Yet I was told no, of course after they took 2 months to reply to me...their reasoning..."Sorry, but your 30 day window has closed, we can't give you a refund because you time has expired for a refund."

    Yet it was them that failed to refund, desiding to wait 2 months before responding...and I did a ticket once a day on the issue...for two months.

    So in the end...dont bother...your wasting your own time...deal with the fact that you got screwed by the Z8 monster.
