Increase ping

well i have a big problem my ping used to be like 160 in regular servers and 270 in west , a few days ago my ping start to increase to 240 in regular servers and 290 in west well, i wanna a little of help, its crossfire the problem? or its my internet connection? thanks for your help

Dude i got this problems too last week my ping in alphal was 70 - 80 and west coast is 20 - 30 but now its increased from alphal to 110 - 150 and west coast 60 - 65
