z8games Support downtime??

Hi Players and Staff,

i have an very important question i asked the support for 1 week for help because i must get my acc back. But the support isnt interessted and dont answer me back is the support down or we player havent any rights anymore iam total angry about this because thats lame i write some GMs but nothing happens and i invested much money so why i cant get any support ?? Iam sure with that money i deposit in CF you can pay 1 GM his salary for 1 month so whats wrong guys???

Accounts lost are due to either downloading hacks which had keyloggers in them, or giving the info away.

We have the right to not give support to users who lose their accounts, as accounts are Z8Games property, in accordance with our TnC; http://www.z8games.com/termsandcondition_crossfire.aspx

LOL. I never dowloaded hacks or someting else. BUt to your answer " i must be lucky " to get support. Whats that for a game i play with this the since 1,5 years and nothing happend all time since i register but then z8gamees HP get hacked by some low turks and my account is away what should i think?? "i must be lucky " lol whats wrong with you ??

Turks didn't steal your account.
They managed to find a way to change the homepage (which anyone could if they had the time to learn).
What they did was in no way linked to account information.
You either gave the information out to someone untrustworthy ("want ZP, give me your username and pass!") or you got a nasty virus from the p0rn you've been downloading & watching while your parents weren't home.
Or you downloaded the hack that was recently being passed around (which had a keylogger by the way) and your account was banned for a month.
You decide.

i never use hacks why i have enough skill hacks are useless and yes i watch p0rn but i dont downoad them ;-) and what z8 does istn corrrect and iam thinking to go to my lawyer because this is my account and i want him back i spend 1,5 years i it and over 1000 of dollars.

You don't have to download them to get a virus, genius.

Once you spend money on the account it becomes your property.

yes i know but i have the money to invest so much in a game and so i want a good support

maybe just let them send a email to you with the account informations ;D my acc got hacked 1 times 2 but i send a email with my acc info to me and got all infos
