Cannot start CF

i finished the patch but the x-trap doesnt work, it stays on step 1 and freezes
the cf window remains white forever when i start it?
why does it happen? is it because of high usage of CF at the moment?

i still cant start cf after i reinstalled the game twice... why cant i start it? everytime i start, x-trap doesnt load, then it goes "not responding" in the task manager...

Something is blocking it, happens with my anti virus. I try several times till the pop up allows it. And I allow. (:

On my PC. With every patch update, i need to change my Anti-virus settings to suit the patch needs. It does it automatically for me, i just have to confirm it.

Your Anti-Virus might not do that, if not, I recommend turning it off for a minute or 2 while you try to open CrossFire.
