Can't use my axe and Bag bug.

I brought 20 m4a1-c crates and got an axe. Then i try to use it ingame, i select my bag with the axe.
I press 3 and it doesn't appear. then when i drop my weapons and used my grenade, it doesn't show up, it displays the last weapon i used and when i played a pistol match and dropped my pistol, it displayed the pistol, but i can't use it, and when i walk over it, I doesn't pick it up.
It's the same when in a knife match, there it displays a normal knife, but i can't slash or stab. I also have a bag bug.
Bag 1: m4a1-a, anaconda, axe (but i can't use it) and a grenade.
Bag 2: ak-47-c, knife and a grenade.
Then when i select the bag 1 my primary weapon is the ak-47-c and the other way around. But only the primary weapons.
