Best Program to defrag ur disk? and what dose it do? and does it help crossfire in any way?.

All defragging really does it line everything up making it faster to get files since they are closer. And since crossfires files are all good no. It will not make crossfire faster.

The default Windows utility. It does as good a job as any.

Don't know if that's the best there is but it seems to be Windows certified/friendly.
That gives me some peace of mind as I always have that gut feeling that something might go wrong when I perform some major defrag.

Also, Game Booster can defrag individual programs, I always defrag CF with it after a patch.
