Sadly we can't do much more then hope they want to loose the only major source of profits they get from the game when it comes to ZP, I.E the exclusivity of the item in hand. The exchange system would be quite unbalanced from a business perspective, especially for a free game. So economically they'd have to see a higher rate with a proportional long term increase to take something such as an exchange market into account for the happiness of their customers (ZP investment) and the more or less freebie players (GP, typically limited).Good point, BUT, there's always something that can be done. For right now without having a look at their financial's and based off of the mere fact that ZP users are one of their major sources of income this won't happen without an influx of players with a higher positive long term rate of change (resulting typically in a minor equivalent increase of ZP users but with diminishing returns taken into account this could take quite a bit of time until the game reaches a popularity level equivalent to say, Guild Wars). That's one possibility where this would become economically possible for them to consider. I haven't seen the growth rate models of their player base to know, but I don't think CF is growing that fast.;)
Who knows, they might have a limited system in the meantime, utilizing GP as a base of the transaction to help buffer the ZP loss.

Anyways, you have heard of a patch right? You know that thing where new guns constantly get released?
So according to your logic anyone who bought something and regrets it should be able to get a weapon swap?
If so yeah I'll give my Kriss back to the game for the coupons spent, point being if they do it for you everyone else will be asking for the same thing. Which according to Business-101 would cut into their profit margins. Good luck with your unique weapon! -
Unfortunately, you never know when the "next patch" is. Or what's included in it, until a day before they actually patch the game. How random is that? A week after I bought the psg, the RD awm comes out.
we knew about patch like 5 or 6 days ago... it was in the front PAGE!
anyway you had the chance to wait at end of month cause we get patch every month (most of times)
you aint getting the AWM RD cause it was ur fault and it wasnt a bug...

you can only get back your coupons if you were hacked or If you made a wrong coupon exchange within a 24 hour time limit i believe, So yeah.

I just bought a red dragon psg not too long ago... now you're releasing a red dragon AWM? Is there any way I can exchange it for the awm or get my 70 coupons back? Depending on how much the awm is? That's bs..
