One is hacked, if i Recover my Acc the mail Didnt come to my Mail ??? why

because that person who stole ur acc have change ur email thats the other reason

I havent save my password and rec. answers in my Computer, only in my head.

Keyloggers take passwords etc as you type them.

As Giggletron said, account issues must be handled through the ticketing system...no exceptions.
