Emergency after MINIPATCH ! Z8games help Now

After minipatch , most people can't play .

- black screen
-force to quit the game .

I don't have this problem , I just want to let Z8games know this problem to fix this problem immediately .

ive been told if u just leave the black screen alone for a few minuts it will bring you to the login screen, as if the game is still loading but just doesnt show the loading page.

when i get this problem i restart my computer and the game loads normally

This sounds like an issue a lot of people had with radeon 9250 video cards back in open beta. Screen would go black but you could still hear the game running and if you waited a few minutes it would come back up. Maybe anyone having this problem should compare hardware and see if there's a common link.
