That probably is doublespeak as in "we pretend to care and are working on it, so you don't get too frustrated and think there is no hope, hope/faith is good just look at how many people still believe in god":D

I mean they said they was working on this as can be seen from quote 1 even before they started fixing these glitchers and noobs in boxes, and these glitchers seem to have been around for ever with nothing done realistically to stop them.
