Quick question on how to best report abusive language in game?

Ok so i know who to report the replays too but how?

Should i use mediafire or image bucket? i have both types of account. just curious.

for language you just need a screenshot and upload it to tinypic

for a hack report you need 2 screens (tinypic)
and the replayfile (mediafire)

I know how to report Kolby's LOLZ. its the screen shots of abuseive language i was curious about..
