ak47 knife bug?

ok as i was playing gm mode useing ak47 knife i go to knife a ghost. at the same time the ghost was trying to knife me i am guessing as we both swung an i hit him i got an error code 14 is the ak 47 knife buged

you get this when spamming the knife

lol ive gotten this while shooting through a crack at downtown.. with awp.
