16bit colour or 32 bit ? please help me

hey i want to know wots the difference between 16 and 32 colour.
will 16 bit make me have more fps? and will it make my graphics worse? and if yes how much worse.
my normal fps is about 30-50

This game isn't really graphics card based, more of a CPU based game, essentially making it 16bit will make your graphics worst, it'll make the textures look all smudgy, but it won't make your FPS much better, it may help a little but not a lot, i suggest you use gaming booster, just run it before you start your game,
