Dear Corssfire-Support-Team, at first: if my english not so good, i am Sorry! What I want to say is that i buy, a few days ago, the Golden M4A1 Weapon in the Game. But I buyed the Weapon that I see there, so i mean the Golden M4A1 with the other Skin because i liked this Skin. Thats the Reason why i buyed this Weapon and spend 100 Coupons for that. But the new Patch, that released today, had change the Skin of the Gun and i dont like it so much. Its not Bad but i want to have the other Skin. Please Help me by my Problem. I want the other M4A1 that i buyed or my 100 Coupons that i Spend for this. I am always playing in the Servers and u know that i am buy a lot of ZP. And i will Joining ther Server in the Future!!! I thank you now, because i Know that you helping me by my Problem!!!

I prefer the new one tbh, I grabbed one earlier on S&D and it's less yellow... Shame they won't redo the deagle though

If you buy a gun because of its look - tough luck. Buy guns for stats or feel, not color.

To address this issue however, the coupons will not be refunded and the new skin is here to stay.

Its an m4 with 38 bullets, how can you complain about it? Who cares what it looks like, look at your crosshair not the gun.

but the thing you guys gotta understand is that this guy obvisally isn't like you and bought the weapon for its looks. I know its strange but what would u guys do if the same thing happened to u but they took away alot of the power and lowered somthing like weight? I would be mad personly. this guy spent alot of money and should get what he paid for. Id say send support ticket and see if you can't get your coupons back.
