All Account related issues must be dealt with though support!

Hello Z8Gamers,

All Account Related issues will be ignored by GM's on these forums. For security reasons, account issues MUST go through the Support System. That way we have proper record of what has transpired on an account and can assist you much more efficiently through that system.

This ensures accurate consistent results for anything related to you account.

What is an account issue you ask?

An account issue can be anything:
  • Account and Password Recovery
  • Email changes etc etc (related to the above)
  • Billing and ZP related issues
  • Missing Items or Exchanges (this includes all CF black market requests)
  • Profile and Clan management problems

ANYTHING involving your account must go through http://support.z8games.com if you send a GM any information you will get back a response telling you to go to support, or you may not get a response at all.

And Remember that glitch reports, hack reports and bug reports may all be sent through support.

Our GMs on the forums are here to assist with forum issues and help with community related events. They can help direct you to the proper areas but they are not on these forums to return passwords to accounts or deal with billing issues.

  • Remember that messages to GM's regarding accounts getting "hacked" may be ignored.

    Accounts do not get "hacked". Information becomes compromised as a direct result of the account holder. Z8Games is not responsible for your account if you gave out your password to another user.
