Still can't use the 3 grenades -.-

Had this problem for a few days now and have no idea why. Yes i do have the Hand Grenade Slot item, infact i have 3 seperate ones, I have activated them and put my grenades in my bag, however i can only use normal grenade? Help much.

any GM willing to help? getting annoyed i cant use grenade, smoke bomb and flash bomb in GM whilst wasting time on my Grenade Slot item -.-
