About UK server 4?

Why can't you make it a staff sergant or high server +5% gp server like delta? for us EU people.

4 "Every rank" servers for europe is a bit excessive, considering only UK server 1&2 are the ones actually populated.

I really want to see this.
Since before UKS (Uk servers) i played delta a lot. I would really want to see this

I think they'll just add UK5,6,7,8,9

I like the idea my ping is 3 and it would be awesome (I live in the UK)
