The story of someone using their position to give me a ban and claim I broke the rules

This happened to me today. Someone started threatening me because his name is red and he has a Crossfire badge. He said he's going to ban me because I gave him a kick from a server. Of course, 11 other people got kicked, I wasn't the only one. He said I gave him a kick for no reason, and when I told him why, he said awful things and called me stupid. He claims he didn't swear at me and is so confident. I don't know if I'm wrong. I didn't swear at him or say anything racist. So please tell me, am I wrong? Should I apologize to him?

You should take some game print screen with text chat where threating you , swearing, bad words usage ..etc 
( press prt scn key -> game save a .bmp image in My Documents \ Cross Fire \ ) 
Then add .bmp image to a zip or rar archive  and send a support ticket on website -> crossfire support -> violatin report , describe the situation and attach archive with images

P.S. Name and chat color is availabe to anyone ( from events or in game shop )
Game Masters ( GM ) have a distinctive color and don't play OR argue with players ))
