Attention Mercenaries,

 

Here is a brief summary of our continued efforts against hacking during the month of November.

 

Throughout November, repeated attempts using Wallhacks/ESP cheats were detected, with most being blocked in real-time. Additionally, cheats exploiting vulnerabilities and leaks were detected early, resulting in a significant decrease in overall cheat usage.

 

We are continuously monitoring new variants and will immediately update our countermeasures upon detection.

 

We will continue to strive for a fair and pleasant gaming environment for all our users.

  You can put all the diagrams you want as the diagrams are lies because in the game we have people with hacks almost every game on public and in ranked as well. Stop trying to do something about it and really do something about it. The epic line is:

privacy policy most likely wont list the names.

no other server lists names of cheaters that been banned.

China does KIND OF... they list their qq number or something and censor 80% of the name

            I am sure that if they were to name and shame the people how are using dodgy programs they would lose the biggest investors in this game as when they get banned they would make another account and invest again in the game. It is very funny how this people are banning accounts without any point at all for the normal players.                             
            A while ago maybe a few years my brothers account (Dutzu-IGN) was stolen unfortunately and the guy which had stolen the account played 2 or 3 days on it and after that the account was recovered the Z8 Games Management banned my brothers account permanent because the individual which had stolen the account send them a ticket to recover the account although it did not belonged to him. If they would investigate the matter professionally, maybe check the IP address from where this account was played most of the time and the evidence from the PayPal purchases on the account they would find out the truth and un-ban the account. But like it happens in real life people do not like the truth as the truth is hard to handle for some people, especially for this people as they ban or block people because someone says something about another individual and they do not even investigate at all. Bare in mind this account was never banned or blocked at all and it was an account from the beta times. They did not care at all although my brother send them several tickets to recover the account and withdraw the ban on it. The answer was simple from them, we will not respond to the tickets anymore as this account was involved in dodgy activities.
             But they do not ban the cheaters as the game is full of them, do not get me started on the macros, scripts and and dll`s as the ranked is full of them. The epic line is:

I swear i was playing and a hacker joined my match. it was very obvious all of his kills were headshots. we kicked him, and i submitted an in game report. everything seemed normal.

two days later, i joined another room and the same player was there again, using the same hack, with clearly obvious headshot kills. he got kicked again, and once more i reported him in game.

is this normal? to report the same person multiple times and they don’t get banned, and they remain active for two days or even more?

for the record, i don’t play ranked. i only join one or two SD games throughout the day
