During this event, every 10,000ZP you spend will earn you 10 Black Friday 2025 Weapon Pieces! Please note that there is no limit on the number of pieces you can obtain.

There was an event that said for every 10k ZP we spend, we receive 10 tokens.

I spent 30k ZP, so I should have received 30 tokens, but I didn’t receive anything.

SO i figured it out.. its not broke... its just BULLSHIT
but good at the same time...


So this event only applies to those who participated in the last event BEFORE THIS EVENT, where if you played the game you got x  black friday creates for peices , when you play on certain days...
when you spun the creates youll either win  the knife or box peices... Well that EVENT is OVER ,so only those who got online during that event can participate in this event, sorry later joiners!

So this means..

If you were unlucky like me, and only won the jungle knife during that event... and 0 peices for the  select box..

Sorry but you're getting 500 jungle knifes only and nothing for the box select weapons... Even if you spend over 500$+ on this damn game.

Attention Mercenaries,

We would like to inform you that we found an issue at the start of this event that caused some players to gain more weapon pieces than intended. Some of those players had already exchanged their weapon pieces for weapon select boxes or weapons.
To resolve this, we removed the extra weapon pieces and exchanged the redeemed weapons.

At this point, everyone should have received the correct amount of weapon pieces.

However, there are some players who might have mistaken how many weapon pieces they should have received. To clarify, every 10,000ZP you spent earned you 10 Black Friday 2025 Weapon Pieces - this means if you spent less than 10,000 ZP, you were not eligible to receive any weapon pieces, and if you spent, for example, more than 10,000 ZP but less than 20,000 ZP, you received 10 weapon pieces.

If you still think you are missing weapon pieces from this event, please submit a ticket at our Support Center, and we will check our logs for any issues.

We hope this clears up some of the confusion, and we thank you for your understanding.
