Can you please nerf mutants on the old mutant escape maps (Lost city, Financial District, Outbreak)?
Noone else probably noticed it like I did because I played this game for thousands for hours in the last 4 years.
The old mutant maps "Lost City", "Financial District", "Walled City" and "Outbreak" are utterly unplayable ever since the HP of mutant was significantly increased one year ago.
The hero on these maps has a grenade launcher, that deals between 1000 HP to 2000 HP damage per one hit.
2 years ago, all mutants had 3000 base HP, which was automatically reduced to 1800 HP after using special skill just one time.
2 years ago, the grenade launcher was basically a oneshot kill weapon, or twoshot kill weapon, because the mutants had just 1800 hp after using a skill once, and 1800 hp is just the damage of the weapon if you hit the mutant really well with the grenade launcher.
You added new heroes on the new mutant escape maps (Treasure island, hot Air) that are way more powerful (Scarlet commander, aurora). Scarlet commanders shotgun deals like 5000 HP. I assume that you realized one year after realising treasure island that you dont want Scarlet commander to oneshot mutants, so thats why you recently increased the HP of all mutants to 7000 HP (its 7000 hp for VIP mutants and 5000 HP for ordinary non-VIP mutants). Right now, After using a special skill noce, VIP mutants lose only 300 HP, so they have 6700 HP. In the last year, on the new maps, the fights between scarlet commander / Aurora and mutants with the now increased HP have been very balanced, and enjoyable for everyone. This mechanism of heroes with higher damage weapons vs mutants with increased HP is good for the new maps.
The following is my point about what is bad:You transferred this increased HP - 7000 HP, and 6700 HP after using a skill once, to the old mutant escape maps. The classic commando with the grenade launcher remains as the only available hero on the old mutant escape maps. The damage of the grenade launcher of the commandos hasnt been increased at all it deals still just 1000 HP to 2000 HP per one hit. This means, that the classic commandos, have to hit a mutant three or four times with the grenade launcher, instead of just once to kill a mutant.
95% players dont know this, so they try usually to use the grenade launcher to kill mutants, and quite quickly they realize that they can never hope to kill mutants with the grenade launcher, because they always get sluaghter immediately.
The hero mechanism works well on mechanism 1 hero for every 4 mutants. This works well if the hero is abbe able to oneshot or twoshot a mutant, but if the hero has to hit a single mutant 4 times before the mutant dies, then he can never hope to win, because the heroes are designed to be numerically disadvantaged - 1 hero for 4 mutants.
Recently I watched a group of 5 extremely skilled players try to survive against 15 mutants on one of the old maps, and they died immediately.
It would make sense, to increase the damage of the grenade launcher from 2000 HP to 4000 HP, because you increased the HP of base mutants from 1800 HP to 6700 HP.
You could also decrease the HP of base mutants only on the old maps back to 3000 HP -> 1800 HP after using a skill once, which is how it was 2 to 4 years ago.
If you would do that, the maps would be playable like 2 years ago.
