Petition to bring old event items into shop/black market/mileage shop etc

We need to have old event items back into shop where you can purchase. CF PH has a black market lotto for SPOP elite while u can only get her for 30 days for leveling up 
and getting 30 ribbons for the AWMcrystal is insane.there should be an easier more permanent options to obtain those like in the black market or the mileage shop

 atleast people won't lose their heads over hundreds or zombie matches a day for a single ribbon
