Can't start the game

Hello, so today i started having some issues with starting the game. I open patcher, press play and it says
"An error occured while downloading a file necessary to run the game. Please restart patcher."
Everything worked fine untill today. 
If anyone knows how to solve this would be much appreciated.

Try a router restart, if problem is not solved please send a support ticket on website.

same issue for a couple of days and + trojan in game...

reinstalling the game didn't work. so bb CF

 had the same problem and the game wouldn’t open. Maybe it was a server error because on the same day it started working normally.
