I can't log into the game

I recently encountered this problem. I tried to launch the game, and it started throwing an error (screenshot below). I tried reinstalling the game and changing my computer settings, but nothing helped. Could you tell me what to do?

Send a support ticket where to describe the problem and attach the archive with error printscreen.
