lawsuit against Z8Games and its wierd policy

Unfortunately, this dead game made me file a lawsuit against z8games and Support GMs in court and I had to resort to the bank to give me all the transactions that I spent through you, especially the month in which I spent a lot, then you gave me a final ban because someone came and sent you a fabricated image of another copy, and the court is now working to solve my problem and it is considered a violation of my financial rights because you did not respond to my messages through the blocked account, but the receipts that were sent to the court are from 2015 until the last day of the account, but the court will take action against you from 2022 to August 2025, and I sent them a lawsuit explaining that there was a person who threatened me a lot and blocked my account in the same way, and no one responded to me and no one from the admin helped me. In 2023, that person blocked me a lot through fabricated images, and I tried to prove that I did not do anything, but you did not respond, and I told you to try again and search again, but no one responded to me, so it is my duty to file that lawsuit Against your company to get my financial rights that you took from me and I will not stand idly by because I spent a lot and everyone knows that without that community you will not get salaries or anything else. With your neglect of the players, many of us are resorting to leaving because of your lack of interest in us.

Which you agreed to when you created your game account ( those terms exist for all online games, and are approximately the same in all games).
In short, there are some very important details:
- on all game accounts are legal poperty of z8 games and you are only an "account holder", so you don't own legally anything, game account is not your legal property.
- all transactions are definitive and money can't be refunded ( only items can be refunded :  item is removed and you get ZP back , in certain conditions ).
- in case of any legal disputes - > you agree to apply laws of province of Ontario/Canada ( and not your local laws ).
- For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) where the total amount of the award sought is less than CDN $10,000, the party requesting relief shall resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration .... and few other very important details you should read in section 19. of terms and conditions.

Last but not less -> Should you file a claim contrary to the section 19. of terms and conditions then SGW shall be entitled to recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $2,000, provided that SGW has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.

Yes i live in EU , mods in game are normal players from all around the world.

What you are invoking there apply in real life for "seller-buyer" relation.
I don't see how it could be applicable in online relationships, especially regarding the terms and conditions of a game that each player has voluntarily agreed to, having the possibility at any time to refuse these terms and stop using the game.

From what I remember when I read all these terms and conditions (really a few years ago - I don't know if there have been any other changes) - the money given in the game is counted as a "donation" and ZP is a gesture of "thank you", zp has no other value than within the game, it cannot be sold or transferred from one game account to another - in other words, the "seller-buyer" relationship does not apply because you are donating money. 

But what do I know, I don't know anything, I just had the patience to read some rules and conditions in full and carefully... I'm not a lawyer by profession but I advise you to read the terms and conditions carefully, valid for any game or any other service you want to use.

P.S. Ofc each person is free to do what they think is best,
 I for one believe that you must first inform yourself very well before acting in any way.

Regards to u but I have spent a lot in this game even the day I got banned and they specially didn't care screenshots isn't a huge evidence to perma ban players they should start making live report chats like other games and same as valorant but banning people for such a screen shot isn't fair they should look at it and solve my problem cuz I already sent a report in The U.S court and they are on it

I have created my account in 2013 and those terms already added last march before that the person used to make a lot of screens to ban me and still I kept getting banned cuz of fake screens and he used to change it's info to make it look like the real one even he made some from illegal servers and now it ended with perma ban do U think this is working well with CF support I say they aren't doing their job properly only copying and paste like Bots that's why I should take actions to get myoney back

Mods don't have access on support side, can't see or solve tickets, therefore i can't know or see the evidences in your case.

BUT in regard with fake printscreen ( alterated or created on another game vesion / illegal version ) - i know support should checking other details from serverside logs (those logs are not available to anyone else) to determine whether the image can be considered or not.

I can only wish you luck in your endeavor.

All the support to u mate, but I'm interested to know what will happen later  also I hope Any of the GMs investigate in Ur problem because this type of problems is just stupid to come to an end like this even so they never did anything towards to hackers or bug abusers and if they did , they take a lot of time to do it so they should see your post and take a look again and please update us

@[MOD]ShadowRo they should look at this post and maybe they should have a conversation with him/her to see if there's a solution for him ,people doesn't pay that much money then they lose their accounts and banning him and not giving his money back that he spent before the ban sounds like scam and he has rights to get it back and I'm sure he will get them back then it will end bad to the support.

Probably cheated, botted like most people in this game or did some chargeback and was banned rightfully, if this story is true at all. But "spending a lot" pushes ego into "I never did anything wrong".

I agree that every one who cheated or boosted themselves should've been banned right away from the first attempt

but what about the other side of the coin?


what about the 'legit players' who never cheated or done anything ever even once in thier lives ?where is their 'compensation' for not getting a one single day in their lives on this game without coming across at least one cheater,not getting even one patch without errors or crashes on every single patch in the last 2 decades,getting their game crashed at the last 30 seconds of a 45 minuets zm maps,being permnently banned for bugs from the game side,getting their problems and requests ignored by support & their tickets being closed with robot answer?

if there is bans to players who cheated and boosted-then where is the 'compensation to legit players' for providing 17 years of such a horrible experience and broken game with tons of issues to them?

all the players who played this game legetly should make a class action 'lawsuit' against this company for providing such horrid and  bankrupting game - not just op

Please show me 1 single player who confirmed never did anything wrong and was permanently banned because of a game side bug. Never happened. And no "my clanmate who carries us in clanmateches/ranked who says he never cheated" is not proof. Unless you sit there and see he plays legit, you cannot say he never did anything wrong.

Your compensation is the game you can play. A ban is removing access to the game. Not being banned means your reward is the game. You want compensation for the rules you agreed upon?

Your lawsuit talk is merely word salad. Neither is it horrid, nor is it "bankrupting" idk what that even means. Be a mentally stable individual and don't buy stuff so you don't get bankrupted?

You should be lucky that the staff is so lax and relaxed here. If I were a GM, i'd ban people that hate the game so much and claim it's something. You dislike it? Leave it.

So ur saying all that "TOS" is just a wall of text of rules that only the players has to obey-but not even a one little dot about the game duties and responsibilities-like the bare minimum of a hack free game and a stable servers?
