Allow Screenshots in Hacking Reports

Hello,

I want to suggest a small improvement for the Hacking Report system, Right now players can only submit replay files (cfn / cfr) when reporting cheaters, but sometimes screenshots are really important to show the full situation.

For example, I noticed some players were in the same team with a hacker, I have a screenshot proving this but the system doesn’t allow attaching it with the replay. 

If players could include screenshots it would make it much easier for the support team to check reports and handle cheating more effectively.
