Can't change my old Email.

I have had this account for about 18 years now, i was never able to change its Email because i never thought i would need to know the date i created that crossfire account, i was a kid.
That's the first problem.
The second problem is I no longer have access to my yahoo account, which was about the same age; I no longer have the phone number attached to it, and I can't even remember if i had a verification email for it.
The third problem is that the Yahoo account is saved as "@hayoo", not as "@yahoo", on z8games, and on Yahoo. If I try to log in with "@yahoo", it doesn't recognize it, but if I use "@hayoo", they then ask for the password and verification.
The fourth problem is that each time i try to contact the Account Administration, i always get an auto response because the info about the account was not valid, like the date I created the account and the Q&A form. 
Please, guys anyone here know a solution?
I wanna buy ZP, but I always change my mind because what if the account was stolen or hacked, a simple change of its password means it's gone for me.
All I want is to change the email for it. I know I might sound like someone who is trying to steal it, but how can I convince them that the account is simply worthless and no one accessed it for over a decade but me, also I sent tens of tickets over the years with no actual helpful response.
If someone has a solution with Z8games or Yahoo, please help me out here.
All I need is one of 2 things: either a single pass on changing my old email, or a 10-second access to my old Yahoo account mail to just accept the email change.

First 3 problems are only on your side : the fact that you was using wrong details OR forget those details are your part of responsability, no one can know those info or help you with.

4-th problem : you need to provide enough correct informations about your account, there is no other ways around, account recovery / change email is based only on details you set upon account creation, now you see why those info are so important.

P.S. Even if you recover the access on yahoo email, on z8 side you saved a wrong email, therfore confirmation email from z8 won't reach your real email -> so the only solution to change your registered email remain through support ticket.
Not to mention yahoo usually reject emails coming from z8 domain, or in best case will be delivered after some days when confirmation link to change email is expired anyway.

I didn't insert my Yahoo account wrong when I created the CF account; it wasn't even possible, as you would get an error. It changed on its own, years after.

But still, like you said, I can't send that particular information to the account administration team because I don't have the correct information for the account.

Is there any way I can reach out to one of them, besides the ticket?, If there is one, please help a brother out.

Because you don't even know I've been trying to solve this for years, maybe over a decade now!

Pathetic, I know, but truly just to change an insignificant email for the only account I have and the only one I want. Also, I'm a little bit stubborn. Anyone else would just make a new account and through these years could've gotten it the same or even a higher rank and better storage with ZP, since I won't be afraid of the account getting robbed.

But now, I'm just quite tired of trying.

I even thought of hiring some kind of hacker to crack either CF or Yahoo to just change that email lol, if I ever knew such hackers! 😅
