about the accounts that has been blocke for no reason

I see that half of the game player got banned permanently and they don't want to start from begin and create a new account so my suggestion is to give all accounts that got banned permanently one more chance to unblocked their accounts by their account information and after they do that their account got unblocked that was be amazing for all players and the game will got 90% from the players old players and new players and i ask so much people about this idea and they accept it that will make the game better than pubg i just want the crossfire staff to do this idea on all game accounts plus i need my account i just recover it and play for 4 day i dont do anything

Each ban have a reason, so each banned player need to send a support ticket to ask about the ban reason and deal with support for a ban appeal.
