Formal Request to Establish a Middle East Server for CrossFire

Warm greetings,

I am writing to formally request the establishment of a dedicated server for the Middle East region, particularly for Saudi Arabia. Currently, players from our region experience high latency, with ping ranging from 180ms to 250ms when connecting to the nearest available servers. This greatly affects the quality of gameplay, resulting in delays, lag, and an overall unsatisfactory experience.

These technical issues negatively impact thousands of loyal players in the Middle East and hinder the growth of the CrossFire community in the region. Establishing a local server would significantly reduce latency — potentially bringing ping down to under 50ms — and would greatly enhance gameplay smoothness and player satisfaction.

We would also like to suggest that, if possible, the server be hosted in the capital city Riyadh, which offers a central geographic location in the Gulf region and a strong infrastructure capable of supporting fast and stable connections.

We believe that investing in regional infrastructure would not only improve the experience for current players but also attract new users, helping to grow and strengthen the CrossFire player base in the Middle East.
