When you send an account recovery ticket - the first step is to check the account status -> if the account can be recovered, the next step is to check the information sent in the ticket, if it cannot be recovered, the ticket is closed after the reason is communicated.
As you have already received an answer in your case, the account is already banned, in these cases the recovery action is suspended because the account will remain banned anyway.
Most likely the person who had access to the account used it to violate the rules ( reasons as : use of cheats, bug exploit, trolling-insulting others, use of macros and/or bots, sell/trade game account, etc.) and obviously was banned until you sent a correct recovery ticket.

Most like you did not provide enough correct info.
Account recovery info are those you set upon account creation / only those info are required.
( any other additional info as in game image / print screen, your real ID card ..etc, are not considered as valid proof )
For transaction details - you need the service name AND transaction ID
( transaction ID is not the same with code used to buy zp in case of prepaid pin codes as PaySafe, Onecard ..etc )

Tell that to Spongify bot hes not even bothered to check the receipts i send with the ticket im pretty sure about that hes just putting same copy paste answer every single time
I wonder if hes even thinking about the free paycheck he receives
Its sad to see my favorite game in this state but i hope it closes soon so that free paycheck grabbers are out of a job since they don't spend any time to develop the game they just getting updates from Chinese server for like 4 years and they not even bothered to help Kanadian just throws threats on discord when i asked for help

In regard with transactions : only service name (PayPal, OneCard, bank name.. etc) with a transaction ID and USD value are comunicated to z8 and saved on your account, any other info as receipe number, your real name and other details are not given to z8 therefore are not saved on your game account.
