help when i open cf 
sound is muted and when i change my settings and save it all settings changed like all sounds and brightness become low i didn't see anything , this problem its the first time i face 
and i reinstall cf and doesn't work also

1. CF Game need acess to My Documents \ Cross Fire ( there are saved all your game settings ) 
If game can't access that location , or write permission is denied ( whatever the reason ) - then game settings are not saved.

2. Check game to be added on all antivirus exceptions, as some antiviruses will deny access inside My Documents for other programs.
   Check microsoft onedrive to be closed, as onedrive may keep sync My Documents files and folder with a cloud storage and keep replacing file saved by game / or deny game access.
** also if My Documents location is set directly to a cloud storage instead of your local storage ( can happen when you signin windows with a microsoft account ) then cf game may not be able to access cloud location therefore fail to save new game settings
