Is it feasible to enable chat with a rank constraint? such as allowing a second lieutenant to play in ranked or something like that.


therefore, we need that system because many players are spamming every day for strange drama... we could report them in tickets, but they would constantly return and keep spamming over and over again. I'm starting tired of it and hope that system is necessary to prevent spam.
