Event say: "Purchase 10 Lapis Crate Spin" = 5 reset <- Means you need to click "Open" button for 10 times ( each time will open 1 Lapis Crate ) 
So you just bought 10 Lapis crystal - those are the currency to purchase a Lapis Crate ( or a Lapis Spin )
