As long as a civilized language is used, without personal attacks, without insults, bad words and other offensive expressions, according to forum / discord rules  - no one is silenced/deleted/banned.

This is not a place where we compete to see who can swear and offend worse - both the forum and discord are accessed by people aged between 13 (according to discord terms) up to 50-60 years old (or maybe even more) - so no one is forced to put up with uncivilized behaviors - therefore only those comments/replies are deleted from the start, and not because they express personal opinions (true or not), they are deleted only for the way they express themselves using all sort of bad words.

Criticism is constructive and is accepted, as are suggestions - but bad words and insults are not !

I called the game a cashgrab and got told that if i say something like this once more i'll get removed from the discord. Just face it, the Staff are some premature whineys but hey who wouldve thought lmao, its been that way since 2010 so whatever.

If you're talking about the word "cashgrab" then no i didn't misuse it on purpose.

Tell me how this game is not a cashgrab when there are bugs from 2017 still in the game and the only things thats being done is adding more p2w guns lmao. There is a reason nearly no one from the EU is still playing this bugfiesta.

cash grabs: the greedy pursuit of an opportunity for making money especially when done without regard for ethics, concerns, or consequences.

Now the game have a lots of terms and rules - and those terms and rules are made according with laws -  rules and terms are for both sides : z8 and users and are consequences for both parts !
( I suggest you to carefully read all those terms - you will find a lot of explains there and answers to your questions ).

Also no one force you to spend any money in game and give you nothing back, is only your own decision but you can play fine widhout spend any money - also since mercenary pass was added in game - you actually receive ZP for playing ( even if not look as not much: 3 kZP / free season - but is something that will stack in time for players who keep play the game - therefore now all players can buy VIP items widhout spend any real money ).

As in regard with game patch/update - this is a game dev side, suggestions from players are alywas forwarded to dev, but they have final decision, some bugs are patched/fixed in time others appear back after a while - is not a simple process as press a "FIX" button - those kind of problems are in most online games free to play or not.

In the end with good and bad sides: if you like you keep play, as you are always free to look on something else that fit better your expectations, in any case whatever is your personal preferences - nothing give you the right to insult others or disregard other ppl work ( especially when really we can't see the amount of work and costs behind the game scene).

There's no sense arguing with you guys.

I know that there is no "FIX" button, but everyone who knows a little about software developement knows that it's not possible to keep known bugs for 7 years unless you don't care. I know that you can't admit that because you're employed but deep within you know that yourself.

Thats kind of a bold statement when you think about it. As a new player you're automatically in an extreme disadvantage unless you spend 100+€ (unless you're from MENA region then it somehow is only 45€) There is a VIP Char that literally gives you rapid fire and unless thats also a bug thats just not fixed its just laughable.

And you acting like you could get to a VIP with that free pass is more then embarrassing, as you need like 4 years of constant playing to get to that amount of ZP. 

As I said already, there is a reason this game is mostly played from people out the MENA Region and the othere Regions let the game rot.

Nope, Mods are just normal players from all around the world and not z8 employees (* is not possible even if they wish to happen - as all company employees work only from z8 office and not from home - that's z8 rules).

There is a reason for game coverage : the licence agreement with Smilegate ( main game dev - btw they also handle all game bug fix and new content), z8 is not allowed to cover regions already covered by other game version - those are legal stuff between each game dev and a game publisher.

I can't admit things based only on personal presumptions, is allso wel known a bug can have different causes in time, fix one and seems to fix the bug BUT when same bug is back after a while is being caused by other things -> devs need to start over ... and so on , that's entierly on their side of job, we can't see-it, so i can't presume how dev do or not do their work.

On 2 years i get around 75K zp on alt account - spend on BF event to get char and few vip packages - not to mentions all other events with free crates and other items, so is possible to play entierly for free and get payed items, just need more time.

Topic have alreay drifted away from original start point, so if you care about game -> any bug you encounter in game (new or old) or any other suggestions you have related to game you are welcome to report via support tickets, the more tickets are caming from players on a specific subject the more pressure can be put on devs on that subject.
