No, any 3-rd party usage was never allowed ( this include software or hardware )
If you spot or supect a player is using a macro -> save game and send a hack report ticket on website.

Only means the player using macro was not yet proper reported with a savegame on a hack report ticket
OR the hack report ticket was not yet reviewed.

Please read again terms and rules and DON'T spread fake rules.

why we lost  20 minutes to makea web report from macros if they dont get banned ?

"They are not allowed". But they use them shamelessly and I don't see GMs banning them.

Macro is 100% allowed, reported multiple macro users ingame not a single one got banned. MODs say dont spread fake rules, well if noone is getting banned macros being bannable is "fake".
