Can GP items be gifted to other players or no?

I came back to CF after a loooooong time away. I have only 2 bags to use. I see that I can buy a permanent bag 3,4,5,etc for 200,000 GP but  I have almost no GP.

Can another player gift a permanent bag with GP or nah?

Not possible.
Just keep playing, GP are more easily obtained those days since a lot of players have few VIP items in bags and provide EXP/GP boost to all players in room.
