I canceled the payment by mistake and they blocked my account. The technical support ticker is ignoring all my ticks and not providing me with any help, what do I do? my account was banned because I asked for a refund via PayPal by mistake, please help me recover the account I've had my account for several years I'm very upset

GM, please recover my account, smile gate banned it permanently because I had canceled the zp payment but I already released the payment many days ago and the company has already received it and however my account is still blocked and I can't see the email or log in game please contact smilegate to resolve this issue as I made the payment I had requested a refund because I thought I had not received the zp in my account but when I checked I quickly canceled the refund on paypal so the payment was made successfully However, I still have my account blocked because of this, please. Send a support ticket where to ask about ban reason and in case of a chargeback support will let you know how much money your game account is in debt to z8 and how you can made the payment.

If you already send a support ticket about this problem then carefully check received answer on first ticket.

P.S. Example : When you cancel a paypal transaction , paypal service won't deliver the money to z8 while z8 deliver ZP to your game account -> when this happen account is banned until the payment is solved.
Paypal should deliver the money back to you in few working days ( usually 5-7 days, ask paypal support), so now you have to follow instruction received from support in order to pay the debt and unblock account.
