Huge FPS drops

Hello i have huge fps drop and screen freez on 1 second on brand new laptop with rtx 4080 and i5 intel cpu
Game is on Samsung Evo 860 1tb
i use windows 11 pro 

is that about game when i play on 1920x1080 or shometing else
