Nope, game account migration between different game versions is possible based on agreement established between those two CF versions, usually when a game version will be closed and second version will take over the coverage area of the closing game version.

P.S. Private versions ( also known as clone / illegal versions ) can't be part of any agreement with any official cf versions.Gamer since 1997
