This account has been hacked

As the title says, this account has been hacked. I am still currently logged into the web but i cannot access/change the password and email of this account. Every ticket i send using this account instantly gets deleted by this damn hacker. Im hoping he doesnt find this forum thread. Im ashamed to say, but i got email phished. Anyway or anyone here can help me get this account back? Thanks.

Secure your PC then create a new and secure email - > use the new email to create a new game account -> use the new game account to send account recovery ticket.
