welcome back package

Guys, I want someone to clarify for me, I had the opportunity to buy the welcome back package but I didn't know about it (I didn't receive any notification), I submitted a ticket to support and I received the answer given (I attach the picture), if I don't enter the game for more than 30 days, will the welcome back package reappear in the store? thank you

Yes, If you don't login game at least 30 days, then welcome back packages became available again when you login fist time in game after the absence.
You can select only 1 weapon from those available AND complete both tasks in order to remain on your account:
1. login game for next 7 days 
2. complete at least 1 game / month for next 3 months
Fail one task and selected weapon will be removed from game account after 3 month pass / if you close welcome back window a notification will remain on top left for next days, will dissapear as you fail first task or not select a proto item.
* welcome back weapons are proto weapons, are not VIP since not have VIP perks ( as EXP/GP and other bonuses ).

I guess i can't add a doll on that proto weapons right?

No, proto weapons don't have customize option, but things can be changed and maybe devs will add customize option to proto weapons, remain to be seen.
