I received a ban for 3 days, without explanation, can I find out the real reason for the ban

The ban is for insulting. Simple as. Anything else would be longer or permanent.

Mods can't see game ban reasons so i can't see if was a permanent or temporary ban ( that is the reason why each one need to ask support )
And in case of a permanent ban for chargeback the account is unbanned after chargeback dispute is over and player pay the debt to z8.
