i'm did pre-order with 110k zp QBZ and Arabella and got 90 crate .. why i didn't got the QBZ and Arabella ?

Pre order = you pay for something before is released ( usually at a lower price), and you receive the item on release date.

So you pay now for new items in game and you will receive them after next maintenance.
