You are right.
Ranked sd mythical and epical are full cheaters.
They will never provide a fair system level up.
Instantly play vs cheater you lose points and final you lose your timelife for a cheater and gm can t ban cheaters. 
They must change the lvl up system and finally start ban the cheaters or find a system to ban instant in game.
