need a mod to reach out cant upload files over 10MB

Hi, trying to report cheater via hack report have all the timestamps and data 
when i go to submit file size is 0.03MB too large there is no way to compress .cfr files how do we go about submitting this ticket does someone reach out to me?

I have tried to submit a support ticket with all the info and files but the blackbox software for tomorrows CPL is telling me that im trying to execute crossfite forgery's when im only submitting tickets so cant submit support tickets

Ask support in a ticket -> crossfire support -> Other
Explain your .cfr size is too big and ask for another way to submit your hack report ticket with savegame.

How do i do that which program recognises CF replay extension format
