Cheaters IP Ban

You guys once said u are going to ban hackers IP as a result of using cheats in order to reduce hackers number as many as possible .. but unfortunately this promise hasn't been applied which made cheaters have nothing to lose when they get banned .. they will just create another account and use their hack in their new accounts. in other games once a hack is detected the account IP get banned immediately which makes net cafe owners don't allow hacks on their PCs otherwise their customers won't be able to open these games anymore what makes them lose their customers. and for sure so as individuals on their own PCs in their homes. in conclusion.. please block cheaters (including scripters) IP for a certain time to make CF cheaters free.

Ban IP was somehow work ages ago, at this moment IP can be easy changed OR in case of an ISP network where multiple users are seen over internet with same ISP gateway IP - banning one IP can ban an entire region - so this solution is not efficient anymore.
